Recently I went to South Korea and went on a combined DMZ/JSA tour which included a stop at Dora Observatory to look out over the North Korean landscape. I’ve always been fascinated by the ‘Hermit Kingdom’ so I was really excited to go to the closest place to the border that I could access!
However, upon arriving there, they said you could only take photos from a line about ~8 meters back from the lookout.. I tried to get some pictures but they aren’t that great considering all I had was a 18-55 kit lens at the time and no tripod.
